Lady Antebellum And Rascal Flatts Perform On CMA Country Christmas

Lady Antebellum were one of many groups to take the stage for CMA's Country Christmas on Monday, December 2, performing the holiday classic "I'll Be Home for Christmas."

Lady A had previously covered the track on their 2012 holiday album, On This Winter's Night. The band's Charles Kelly adds that the holidays become more important as one gets older:

"As you get a little older and everybody has their jobs and then families and kids, it definitely becomes harder to get everybody together at once. It would be pretty special to have the whole family in the room and get back to where we were as kids . . . all waking up on Christmas morning, walking down and having that tradition."

Rascal Flatts were also among the country acts to perform at the event, playing the gospel classic "Strange Way to Save the World."
