Michael Jackson's Son To Testify In AEG Suit

Michael Jackson's 16-year-old son Prince will take the stand in the ongoing wrongful death suit against promoters AEG Live. Prince was just 12 when his father died, but he is expected to testify about his father's condition in the months leading up to his death.

Prince, along with his siblings Paris and Blanket, are all listed as plaintiffs in the case against AEG.

The teen is slated to appear as the next witness in the suit and is expected to take the stand on Wednesday. He follows a doctor who is an expert on conflict of interest between doctors and patients.

The Jackson family is suing AEG, whom they claim were negligent in their hiring of Michael's doctor, Conrad Murray. The doctor was convicted of involuntary manslaughter after administering a lethal dose of the surgical anesthetic propofol to Michael.
