Eagles Documentaries To Premiere On Showtime In February

History of the Eagles: the Story of an American Band, a two-night documentary of the titular band, is set to air on Friday (February 15) and the following night on the Showtime network at 8 PM EST.

The first part clocks in at two hours and follows the band from its formation to its 1980 breakup. It features archival footage of the group, home movies and photos, and interviews with all past and current members of the Eagles.

Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt and other musicians associated with the band are also interviewed.

Part two is one hour in length and follows the story of the Eagles' post-breakup solo careers, their eventual reunion and their ongoing work as a touring and occasional recording outfit.

A trailer for the rock doc is available at EaglesBand.com now.
