Stevie Wonder Performs For 200 People At Obama Rally

Just 200 fans of Stevie Wonder were treated to a concert by the soul legend at Cleveland State University in Ohio. The show, intended to serve as a rally for president Barack Obama in the crucial swing state of Ohio, was so poorly organized that news of the concert wasn't announced until a half-hour to show time.

According to, Wonder struck a deal with the crowd before playing his first song, "Sir Duke":

"I do a song. You go vote. You come back. We do some more music."

However, either everyone had already voted or those in the crowd did not want to miss any tracks, because no one budged at Wonder's prompting.

Wonder closed out the set with "Superstition," before moving onto a more properly advertised event the next day in Cincinnati.
