Katy Perry Wears 'Forward' Dress At Obama Rally

Katy Perry sang at a rally for President Obama on Saturday (November 3) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The singer turned heads when she appeared on stage wearing a skin-tight minidress with Obama's campaign slogan "Forward" emblazoned across it. Obama's slogan "Forward" is also Wisconsin's state motto.

More than 20,000 people were estimated to have attended the rally. Perry initially came on stage wearing another patriotic outfit: a red, white and blue dress and a microphone shaped like the Statue of Liberty's torch. She then changed into the "Forward" dress after singing Al Green's "Let's Stay Together."

Perry also took a moment during her performance to ask the audience to help out with the relief effort on the east coast following Superstorm Sandy. She urged the audience to make donations to help the victims in New York City, New Jersey and elsewhere.
