Taylor Swift To Perform At American Music Awards

Taylor Swift will perform at this year's American Music Awards, the show's organizers announced Wednesday. The country starlet is also up for Favorite Female Country Artist award alongside Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert. Swift has won the award the past three years running.

Organizers also announced that Nicki Minaj and Linkin Park have joined the cast of artists to perform at this year's show. They will join already announced performer Christina Aguilera.

Minaj leads all other artists with four nominations, including Favorite Rock/Pop Female Artist and Favorite Rock/Pop Album. Linkin Park is nominated for the Alternative Rock Artist award.

ABC will broadcast the 40th American Music Awards live on November 18th. Winners will be determined by fan voting, which takes place on the AMA's website.
