Nicole Kidman And Keith Urban Selling NYC Apartment For $13 Million

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are putting their NYC apartment on the market. The Chelsea living space features 3,248 sq. ft., a teak wood floor, custom cabinets, a Boffi tub and a private car lift that transports their car to a private garage.

The asking price? $12.95 million. According to the selling realtor, Leonard Steinberg, the number may be underpriced.

"I don't know if people want to hear this or not, but everything in New York City is terribly underpriced right now," he said according to Perez Hilton.

Kidman and Urban spend most of their time at their home outside of Nashville in Leiper's Fork where they raise their two daughters.

Currently, Kidman is getting ready to portray Grace Kelly in an upcoming biopic of the classic movie star, while Urban continues his stint as a judge on American Idol.
